These flanges include the Weld Neck type used with an orifice plate or a ring-mounted orifice plate, and are supplied in the following types.

Model DHOF-RTJ□: used with the DHOF-RTJ□ orifice fitted with a holding ring (Holding Ring) for flange taps. Supplied only as Weld Neck type, with ring joint (Ring-Joint) type flange faces.

The DHOF-RTJF has two taps per flange, located at the flange tap positions specified in ISO5167.

Installation requirements

Straight run and installation notes

• The Weld Neck flanges are butt-welded to the piping, and the orifice plate with holding ring is assembled between the flanges together with the RTJ gasket ring.
• The DP taps are either threaded directly into the flange (1/2 · 3/4 NPT F, 1/2 · 3/4 S.W) or connected by nipple (1/2 · 3/4 NPT M, socket weld · butt weld · flange).
• Bolting uses A193 Gr B7 studs and A194 2H hex nuts.
